One of the big reasons our members join a fraternity is for the lifelong brotherhood it provides. In addition to being initiated into instant connections, we are constantly trying new ways to build a stronger brotherhood and set our members up for success.
During the Spring 2026 semester, we held two Professional Development Days to make sure all of ours member had an opportunity to build LinkedIn accounts and connect with alumni and KDR officials. Additionally, we took professional headshots too. Each member has gotten started with 40 connections upon creating their account.
To strengthen our bonds and spend time together, we held numerous tournaments among the brothers and our sweethearts. The friendly competition distracted us from the stresses of class.
In an effort to connect our older alumni with our brothers, we are in the process of working on an alumni database. This will provide ways for our brothers to get in contact with alumni and gather advice from those in similar fields we aspire to be in.
